Over the last few decades, he has built a company pivotal to the industry that has conceived and produced some of Canada’s culture’s most influential series and feature films.
Known for his positive and unifying leadership, he has assembled an all-star team of professionals who share his passion for content, as well as his attention to detail and enjoyment of work. Today, Attraction boasts a team of over 150 talents and collaborates with local broadcasters and international giants.
Holding a BBA in finance and a BA in law, Richar Speer possesses an in-depth understanding of the industry’s issues and operations. His vision enables him to seize business opportunities while remaining true to what he loves most: leveraging his entrepreneurial spirit to bring value to the cultural sector.
